Why would a guy file trumped up charges against someone, then be afraid of the consequences of his actions? Why would he bring up stalking, after having admitted on another person's blog, that he drove to her house to stalk her? Is he afraid that any real investigation that might result would get him in trouble with the law? That's the only explanation that makes any sense to me, unless the guy's batshit insane, or full of hot air. Also, the remark about beating someone to death with no remorse is just sick.
